Enrollment Advisor
Texila American University is seeking a motivated and student-focused Enrollment Advisor to guide prospective students through the admissions and enrollment process. The Enrollment Advisor serves as a key point of contact for prospective and newly admitted students, providing personalized support, information, and guidance to help them successfully enroll and begin their academic journey. Key Responsibilities Assist prospective students with inquiries regarding academic programs, admissions requirements, enrollment procedures, and financial aid opportunities. Conduct outreach through phone calls, email, text messages, virtual meetings, and in-person appointments. Build relationships with prospective students and maintain regular follow-up communications throughout the enrollment cycle. Evaluate student needs and recommend appropriate academic programs and support services. Guide applicants through application completion, document submission, and registration processes. Maintain accurate student records within the university's CRM and student information systems. Participate in recruitment events, college fairs, campus tours, webinars, and orientation programs. Collaborate with admissions, financial aid, academic departments, and student services to support student success. Meet established enrollment, retention, and customer service goals. Stay informed about university policies, programs, and admissions requirements. Required One to three years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, higher education, student services, sales, recruiting, or customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
