Customer Service Representative

Overview: To provide excellent customer service while supporting sales of oils, lubricants and hardware items. The role is responsible for preparing quotations, processing POS transactions, assisting customers with product selection, locating products and tracking inventory using the computer system, and ensuring accurate and efficient sales service. Duties & Responsibilities: · Greet customers and understand their needs. · Provide information and assistance on oils, lubricants and other hardware items. · Prepare accurate quotations, invoices and sales documentation. · Process sales and payments using the POS system. · Use the computerised inventory.
