Monitor pump readings, dip storage tanks to verify stock levels, and oversee product orders and deliveries to prevent shortages or spillage. Ensure strict adherence to company Health and Safety policies, government regulations, and safety garment requirements during shifts. Oversee cash handling, reconcile register drawers, check cash and stock sheets, and verify cash for bank deposits. Prepare daily shift summary report of all sales and movement of main product, and manage administrative duties. Inspect station equipment, storage tanks, and lines regularly, reporting faults or arranging maintenance as required. Requirements: Education : Diploma in Marketing, Finance, Public Administration or Business Management Experience : three (3) years in supervisory capacity inclusive of customer service and knowledge of Petroleum products Skills & Attributes : leadership and supervisory skills, attention to detail, strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to motivate staff and foster harmonious working relationships, Benefits: Periodic salary increment Uniform provided Health and Pension Plan, Life Insurance Annual Leave Vacation Allowance Training & Development Opportunities Career advancement
