standard procedures, ensuring safety protocols are followed · Stock linen carts and organize storage areas to ensure availability and accessibility · Always practice safe work habits to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. · Utilize Proper Protective Equipment (PPE) as required and in accordance with property specific guidelines for completing the job safely. · Report any missing/found articles or damage that need immediate attention to the Manager or Security department immediately. · Aid other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel and communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members. · Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests. Maintain a high level of service and hospitality standards. · Communicate guest feedback effectively to departments and management. · Ensure security and confidentiality of all guest and hotel information. · Maintain full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures. · Ensure compliance with all Aimbridge policies, brand standards and local operating procedures (SOPs and LSOPs). · Perform other duties as assigned by your immediate manager. *Room: · Clean guest rooms within the minutes-per-room guideline including but not limited to making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms completely, wiping down walls, and taking out trash. · Restock carts with cleaning and sanitization supplies such as cleaning products, mops, wipes, and brooms. Replenish chemical bottles. · Utilize Proper Protective Equipment (PPE) as required and in accordance with property specific guidelines for completing the job safely. · Turn in all items left in guestroom to Manager or Security department immediately. Report any missing/found articles or damage that need immediate attention to the Housekeeping Manager. · Maintain complete security of master room key. Return the key at the end of shift. Never leave property with the master room key. · Follow Company policy for room amenities, including, but not limited to, laundry bags and slips, proper placement and number of hangers, blankets, pillows, and bath products. · Conduct all duties with great attention to detail, for example, checking under beds, dusting lights and switches, inspecting for any tears, rips, stains and reporting any damage to Engineering. · Assist with laundry as needed. · Aid other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel and communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members. · Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at.
