Van Driver

Job Summary: As a Van Driver, you will be at the hub of guest interaction, creating memorable experiences from arrival to departure. Your proactive, responsive, and caring approach ensures guests feel welcomed, supported and safe. Key Responsibilities · Transport guests to/from assigned destinations using property vehicles. Document all trips prior to the start of and at the conclusion of each trip. · Park vehicles in designated locations when not in use. · Inspect property vehicles for damage and cleanliness. Check tire pressure and fluid levels for property vehicle and refuel as necessary. Notify appropriate personnel of any vehicle maintenance needs. · Document all vehicle incidents (i.e., damage, accidents) and provide reports of incidents to manager/supervisor. · Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times. · Maintain a high level of service and hospitality standards. · Promptly address guest concerns and ensure satisfaction in a timely manner. · Communicate guest feedback effectively to departments and management. · Ensure security and confidentiality of all guest and hotel information. · Maintain full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures. · Ensure compliance with all Aimbridge policies, brand standards and local operating procedures (SOPs and LSOPs). · Perform other duties as assigned by your immediate manager. Requirements · High school diploma, or equivalent. · 1-2 years’ experience as a driver or in customer service/hospitality is preferred. · Valid driver’s license and a clear driving record. • Knowledge of local roads, shortcuts, airports, and key attractions. • Knowledge of traffic and safety laws. • Ability to be courteous and professional in any situation. • Customer service orientation with good communication skills. • Attention to detail and high level of integrity. • Ability to move/lift/carry/push/pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
